News 2008 - July

News from Pastor McArthy in Koidu following the recent burglary in which thieves stole everything from his house whilst he was at church. None the less Pastor McArthy remains undeterred and is passionate about fund raising and constructing the new church building in Koidu.

Dear Diana,

I am overwhelmed by your kind gestures shown to me and my family at a time when I almost lost everything in the house. You stood steadfastly with me and helped me recover all that was lost. God will richly bless you and replenish you in all your undertakings. I’m grateful to God and you for such a wonderful and cheerful giving. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude. Sarah asked me to convey her profound gratitude appreciation to you, Richard and Norm.

Attach to this letter are pictures of the progress report of the work done so far on the Church building. I am always confident that the Lord who has started this good work will surely bring it to a successful conclusion. Please closely look at the pictures and you will see the position of the pillars where the gaps are. We need 56 rods for that.
