MESSAGE FROM THE GENERAL OVERSEER

SECRET FOR SUCCESS

God is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last.
God will always be First and will always be Last. In the plan of God, man is never permitted to utter the first word nor the last. That is the prerogative of God. One he will never surrender to his creatures.
Man has no say about the time and the place of his birth; God determines that without consulting man.
Adam became a living soul, but the becoming was not of his own volition. It was God who willed it and who executed his way in making Adam a living soul. God was there first.
Do you want to know the secret for success? That works for every profession, from Business person to Tax Collector, Office Worker to Student etc.
The Key is to put God first.
The Bible says “In every thing you do put God first and he
will direct you and crown your effort
with success" Proverbs 3 verse 6

Putting God First Works For Every Person:

Because he made you
He gave each of you gifts and ability
He appointed you for a certain task

When You Turn To Him He Will Guide You To Success:

Sometime God guides you by teaching you to work more efficiently of to study harder
Sometimes also, he will guide you by teaching you to get along with certain persons, teachers, coaches, neighbors or your boss you might not like
Sometimes also putting God first will simply unlock for you the freedom of trusting him, depending upon him or the joy of learning.

What Does The Lord Requires Of You?

To put God first and he will crown you with success. I pray that God will continue to enforce this principle on me, to putting him first.

By being the first person I talked to in the morning
The first person I tell my problem

Because he knows your problem, he knows your heart ache, he knows your situation, he knows your circumstances and he knows everything about you.
God will always allows his servant to succeed when he has learned that success does not make him dearer to God or more valuable in the total scheme of things.
Our great honour lies in being just what Jesus was and still is.
To be accepted by those who accepted him, rejected by those who rejected him and loved by those who loved him.

God wants you to succeed, but not without him. Do it with him by putting him First.

I pray that God will give you success in your entire endeavor as you learn the principle of putting him first.

POINTERS FOR PRAISE

To God for his continues favours and blessings in expanding the ministry. We now have five churches in the district. The sports ministry also is progressing very well.
To all our friends especially in the UK for their continuous prayer and financial and moral support. For their support in opening a website for the mission and the sports ministry. This has exposed these ministries to many people and opportunities.
The St. Andrew Community Meima Church and School Project is running very well. The school will be closing for the long holiday at the end of July and to reopen in Mid September 2005.
May God be praised! The Sovereign Trust organization has blessed the mission with good books for the pastors and the children. The pastors have already begun to use the books and the children have enjoyed the stories.

POINTERS FOR PRAYER

Join us in prayer for God favour, grace and provision for all our national and international partners who continues to support us in many ways.
As the mission grows rapidly, we need stronger leadership and an increased volunteers and workers. We therefore also need leadership training, materials and equipments for a successful ministry work.
For God’s financial provision as the ministry leadership wishes to have at least two full time staff, an Administrator and a Ministry Director to supervise the day to day operations of the ministry, one in Freetown and another in Kono. The ministry is also seeking funding to begin to pay regular allowance for its pastors who are working so hard in Freetown.
For God’s sustainability of the school and provision for other pending school projects in Korquima, Sawolla and Bangalow all area of the church location.
For God’s provision for the purchasing of a van for the mission to ease coordination of the ministry to and from Kono and church planting work to Makina, Northern Sierra Leone
For the upcoming visit of Rev. Andrew of the St. Andrews Oxford parish to our mission in Sierra Leone in December this year. We are very excited about his visit which has been long overdue

POINTERS FOR PROMOTION

C3MSL is open to all individuals Christians, churches and Christian organization who share the vision of church planting, evangelism and discipleship, community development, leadership development and health care; who sense the call to work in Sierra Leone.
C3MSL needs funds to build a church and school on three lands in Kono Town, send church plants in Northern Sierra Leone and establish our mission coordinating office in Freetown.
